Bevi Frigo ("we") helps you see which cocktails you can make from the bottles you already have. This page explains what information the app uses and why. We don't sell your data or show ads.

Photos you take

When you scan, your liquor cabinet, fridge and receipt photos are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) only to identify the drinks and ingredients in them for that scan. We don't save your photos on our servers.

Nutrition lookups

The names of drinks and ingredients found in your photos are looked up in the U.S. Department of Agriculture's FoodData Central database. No personal information is sent with those lookups.

Device ID and free scans

The app creates a random ID on your device so we can count your free scans and check your subscription. We also store a one-way scrambled (hashed) form of your network address to limit free scans. Neither identifies you by name.

Payments and subscriptions

In the iPhone and Android apps, purchases are handled by Apple or Google, and subscription status is managed by RevenueCat. On the website, payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your full card details.

Ambassadors

If you join the ambassador program, we store your name, email, social handle and payout details to run the program and pay you. If you open an ambassador's link, your browser remembers their code for 30 days so they get credit if you subscribe; ambassadors only see totals (visits, trials and payments), never who you are.

Hosting

The app runs on our own cloud server, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

Children

Bevi Frigo is about alcoholic drinks and is only for adults of legal drinking age (21+ in the U.S.). It is not directed to minors, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Your choices

You can delete the app or clear the website's data to remove your device ID. To ask us to delete any data linked to your device ID, email 3140haymaker@gmail.com.
